Once you’ve received your SIM and called us, we’ll put in the activation request immediately. From there, it will take a maximum of four hours to activate – although it’s typically much sooner.
If you’re concerned about missing calls in the meantime, we suggest that you keep your old SIM in the phone until it becomes inactive, at which point you can switch it out for the new card.
