Please note that while your Huawei E169 modem offers a usage monitoring tool, we do not recommend relying on this. The modem monitors usage on a calendar month basis, whereas our billing month runs from the 28th to the 27th. These extra few days may make all the difference if you regularly run close to your usage limit.

We recommend using the tool found on our site. Log in using your customer number, which can be found on the first page of your bill. Your password was sent along with your welcome pack – if you’ve lost this, or can’t remember it, please call us so we can reset it for you. This is a service for you, so please choose something easy to remember.

View Unbilled, and select the service number of the wireless service. This will look like a standard mobile number.
Add up the Duration. This is the amount of kilobytes you’ve used. You can use a convertor, such as the one found here, to translate that.

Please note that this usage monitor is not live – there can be up to a 24-hour delay between data being used, and being displayed.
