How do I change my speed? How do I change my speed?

For a regular ADSL connection, we can change your speed for you, but it will incur a fee. For the most up to date pricing, see the ADSL section of this site. A speed change can take up to three business days to complete, although it can be more if there is infrastructure work being performed. Once the change is complete, we will notify you - if you don't notice a change, you may need to powercycle your modem. To powercycle your modem, turn your modem off, leave it off for at least 20 seconds, then turn it back on.

We are not able to change the speed of an ADSL2+ connection - the speed is as fast as your distance from the exchange will allow.

The only way to affect your speed with a wireless connection is to get to an area with better reception. The more bars of reception you have, the faster your wireless connection will be.
