Due to privacy considerations, we aren't able to discuss the account with anyone but the account holder, and any authorised contacts.
If you have family members or staff you'd like to authorise, we'll need you to call and let us know. Authorised contacts can make bill enquiries, add or remove services, and perform any other function that you, the account holder, can.
If you'd prefer that an authorised contact only have partial access (ie, able to make bill enquiries, but not to make changes to services), please let us know at the time that you authorise them.
