How do I activate roaming? How do I activate roaming?

By default, all new services have international roaming disabled. If you call us, we'll make the change immediately. The reason that we deactivate it by default is to ensure that you're making an informed decision when you choose to use international roaming.

International roaming is charged to us by the carrier in the country you're visiting, which we then on-bill to you. For that reason, we aren't able to advise what the rates will be.

Additionally, roaming charges for incoming calls as well as outgoing calls, even incoming calls that just go to messagebank.

If you choose to use international roaming, we strongly recommend that you regularly log in to check your spend.
